EL BULLI!

This is a summery of a magazine article of Bulli!


MAGAZINE:

El Bulli

El Bulli is situated in Roses (Costa Brava), is considered the world’s Best Restaurant. The manager of it is Juli Soler, while, Ferran Adrià (the best cook of the world) worked his way up from chef to head of the kitchen.

The menu of Bulli consists of around 30 courses and costs about 250 euros for head.

El Bulli was awarded the first of three Michelin Stars in 1975.
